How we clean after your remodel
Most homes need one detailed visit. Larger projects sometimes need a second pass once the last dust has settled.
Walk-through
We look at the remodeled areas and the rest of the house, and agree on what’s included.
Top to bottom
Dust always falls, so we start with ceilings, fixtures and upper cabinets and work down.
Dry dust removal
Vacuuming and microfiber lift fine dust instead of smearing it into a paste.
Detail cleaning
Cabinets, appliances, fixtures and glass are cleaned and residue is removed.
Floors last
Floors are vacuumed and mopped once the dust from above has been cleared.
Final check
We walk through with you in good light and touch up anything you spot.

What is remodel cleaning?

How is remodel cleaning different from post-construction cleaning?
Remodel cleaning is for homes people already live in after part of the house has been updated. Post-construction cleaning is for new builds, major renovations and commercial spaces. Both remove construction dust, but the scope and timing are different.
When should I book it?
Once your contractor has finished, removed tools and large debris, and painting and flooring are complete. Booking before you move belongings back in gives the best result.
Do you remove large debris or leftover materials?

Do you clean inside cabinets and appliances?
Yes. New cabinets, drawers and appliances are cleaned inside and out.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the project and the home. Most kitchen or bathroom remodels take one detailed visit.
Can you clean the rest of the house too?
Yes. Dust usually spreads beyond the remodeled area, so we recommend including the rooms nearby or the whole home.
